Jim's Sports Lab

A few years ago I decided I needed to improve my fitness, what better way than by running a marathon (well *cough* a half marathon at least).  Any way its kind of stuck and I’ve now done a few (1 full and three halfs) including: Noosa, Maroochydore, and at Shonan region in Japan, where I lived for a year. I blogged my experiences on ozmarathoners.wordpress.com  it might make for an entertaining read. I would like to do another full (or should that be fool) marathon and the halfs are a walk in the park by comparison….
